More than a fifth of the world’s coral is dead or dying. Canadian industrial artist Katherine Morley has created a line of stunning porcelain vessels designed to take the place of live ocean coral in fish tanks and aquariums – entitled Saving Seas.

Designed to replicate the organic forms of coral and provide lots of nooks and crannies for fish to hide in, the colourful vessels also serve as a reminder of the importance of the oceans, and the need to preserve coral reefs for future generations.
Morley debuted Saving Seas during Toronto Design Week.
