Pier Pressure by Banksy.

Infamous British graffiti artist Banksy has created an anti-BP oil installation using a reconfigured dolphin ride, a tuna net and some spilled crude oil. Located on a seaside pier in Brighton, southern England, the coin-operated children’s ride is a seemingly innocuous statement about the recent environmental disaster in the Gulf of Mexico.
