The R1: Oval eco-friendly garden pod is a design solution to create extra living space in your garden. The super cool eco-pods can be used as a guest room, studio, office, or gazebo space. The garden pod has a variety of eco-options including a grass roof, a choice of rubber flooring, double glazing, insulated, panels to cut down on energy costs, sliding glass door, a concrete foundation, and a number of interior and exterior finishes.
“Unlike anything else on the market, it can be fitted out with a sofa, ottoman (which pushed together becomes a double bed) and desk to form an unbelievably versatile space,” explains the pod company.
The R1: Oval garden pod is just one of the unusual designs created by British Roost company. The company also makes a R2: Aluminium, a pod for micro living and the R3: Stealth, a garden pod with incredible light that would make a perfect studio.
