The ability to combine both creativity and nature in an urban economic environment resulted in Netherlands-based UNstudio receiving first prize in a competition to develop a creative zone in Beijing, China.
The winning design seamlessly blends the economic urban landscape with a vibrant greenbelt, in a stunning architectural park on the banks of the Beijing River with space for both stores and traditional Chinese gardens.
