The Crou Project by Olgga Architects.

100 recycled shipping containers live on as sturdy economical and environmentally friendly student housing in Le Havre, France. The 2,851m2 (30,700sq.ft) Crou project, from French architecture firm Olgga Architects, offers individual rooms for the students while maximizing space limitations.

I knew that shipping containers in vancouver were being used for low cost housing for underprivileged residents, so it's a pretty good idea to use it for student housing as well. don't know how it will catch on but there's always growing demand for student housing.
