The Scotts' Tower is an aesthetically pleasing rendition of what high-rise living could be like in the future and is designed for Singapore’s cultural hub. It is the vision of UNStudio - who have design offices in Amsterdam, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
The tower is a vertical city concept with three zones (city, neighbourhood and home) incorporating outdoor green balconies and penthouse roof gardens. Each of the four residential zones are individually styled, with their own distinct character and feel.
Ground level landscape concepts by Sitetectonix blend the nearby green areas into The Scotts' Tower. The ground level has a multi-layered environment with recreational facilities such as a 50m (164ft) pool and sun deck, a children’s pool, a wellness pool, dining and BBQ areas, a meeting pavilion plus massage and gym pavilions.
