This stunning wedge-shaped renewable energy eco-housing development features a sloped roof covered in solar panels. Located in Aalborg, Denmark, the C.F. Møller Architects collaborative project (in conjunction with Moe & Brødsgaard, Cenergia, Phillips, Schüco, Erik Juul and Vogt Landscape) includes sixty passive solar housing units powered by on-site generated renewable energy from the 1200sq.m (12,900sq.ft) of solar panels and four low noise wind turbines.

In addition to the renewable energy, the entire development proposal is built to Passive House standards and also includes rainwater catchment, geothermal heat pumps, natural ventilation and extensive greenspaces.
