It’s time for the Environmental Media Awards (EMA) 20th anniversary awards show. This year Sir Richard Branson and Jason Mraz will get top honors for their eco-contributions on October 25th at Paramount Studios. The EMA Awards honor the role of celebrities, film and television in raising awareness about the environment.
Other nominees include the feature films Earth and The Day The Earth Stood Sill, with the documentaries The Cove, Food Inc., No Impact Man and Fuel also nominated. Other categories include Television Episodes for Drama & Comedy, and Children’s Live Action & Animation.
