Nice to see that celebrity blogger and loudmouth Perez Hilton is using all his ill-gotten influence for good. The celebrity gossip magnate has teamed up with PETA to denounce the annual Canadian Seal Hunt as part of their Save The Seals Celebrity Ad Series.
Perez Hilton, mostly famous for scrawling genitals and nasty comments on celebrity photos at his popular gossip blog – http://perezhilton.com/ - describes his commitment to ending the Canadian seal hunt with “I don’t understand why they have to commit this act of brutality and barbarity, it so unnecessary,” he explains. “I have some fabulous fake furs in my closet.”
Numerous other celebs have participated in the campaign to end the seal hunt in Canada including Kelly Osborne (who came under fire for dying her dog pink), Holly Madison and Jennie Garth.
