Bedazzled Gold Tata Nano

The Tata Nano Gold Plus.

Even though Tata’s Nano is billed as the world’s cheapest car (or in the automobile manufacturer’s own words: “a comfortable, safe, all-weather people's car, high on fuel efficiency and low on emissions...), the Indian automaker decided to cover the diminutive car in gold and gems to celebrate the 5,000th anniversary of Indian jewelry.

In conjunction with Titan Industries, Tata ran a competition to solicit designs for the bedazzling of the Nano with the winning entry – the Tata Nano Gold Plus - created out of pure gold and decorated with jewels.
