The Buckeye Bullet 2 Fuel Cell Racer (BB2).

The Buckeye Bullet 2 Fuel Cell Racer (BB2) broke the land speed record for fuel cell vehicles when it managed a whopping 303.025 mph (487.671 kph) in a flying kilometre and 302.877 mph (487.433 kph) in a flying mile at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah on September 25, 2009.

The BB2 hydrogen fuel cell land speed vehicle was designed and built by Ohio State University students, in the College of Engineering, at the Center for Automotive Research in Columbus, Ohio.

The speed records still need to be verified by the record sanctioning body of the FIA (or ASN), but records should be officiated in the next few days.
