Toilet paper, tape, and/or glue. Take these simple materials and make a stunning wedding dress. These are the instructions for the annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest sponsored by Ripley’s Believe It Or Not.
This year’s winner is the stunning creation from Ann Kagawa Lee from Hawaii with a “Gone With The Wind” and Japanese Origami theme. The second and third place winners are Terri Glover from Texas and Guadalupe Andrade from California.
