Stunning shoes and fashion accessories made from paper might not be the most practical of fashion items, but at least they have the benefit of being fully recyclable, unlike most conventional shoes and jewellery.
As part of the Le Creative Sweatshop, French artists Ndeur (Mathieu Missiaen) and Make A Paper World (Julien Morin) created a design studio that uses DIY culture for inspiration while working with paper as a medium.
The artist duo are becoming increasingly well-know for their wide range of stunning paper based installations and artwork, including a ‘Nissan European Communication’ advertisement, fashion accessories for Canadian designer Haider Ackermann and innovative photoshoots for several popular culture magazines.
