Poland-based design studio makkireQu takes various types of trash, including brightly coloured candy wrappers, and transforms them into fun and funky wearable art pieces and household objects.
Magdalena Godawa, the principal designer for the collection, has created a range of 100% eco-friendly jewellery and various items for the home, including rings, bracelets, bags and lamps.
The series of objects is made entirely from recycled paper, with a bit of wiring for reinforcement as well as an application of acrylic lacquer to add longevity and durability to the artwork.
