Innovative and prolific artist Anne-Cécile Rappa knits recycles plastic bags together, adds in a few found objects like a bucket, garbage can or salad bowl, to make stunning contemporary lamps.
The Swiss artist creates her lamp series — Najah, Lazara and Ilham from found objects which are then covered in a layer of knitted plastic bags.

I came across this beutiful lamp which is eco-friendly and also has a back up of around six hours. Its light does not even effect the eyes. Really cool one from BPL Studylite.
