The DIY Polaroid Flower Vase represents a pairing between the infamous Polaroid instant photos and nature. Korean artist and designer Jung Hwajin has combined a few simple elements –old Polaroid photos, clothespins, some string, a bit of dirt and tiny plants - to create elegant DIY hanging plant pots.
The artist explains the inspiration for his design as stemming from “…a desire to keep memories. The illumination is for the plant, and the gentle curved shape will seem to be an image of a Polaroid.”
