First Lady Michelle Obama recently teamed up with Elmo of Sesame Street to promote healthy eating and exercise. American celebrities and politicians have a long history of visiting the Sesame Street set. Hilary Clinton to Alice Cooper to Robert De Niro all made appearances on the iconic children’s show.

Michelle Obama created a healthy eating public service announcement (PSA) with Elmo to encourage parents to be good role models for their children. In the PSA she talks about exercising and eating a healthy meal. “I’d like to have a healthy lunch at Hooper’s Store,” Michelle explains in the video. “If you want your child to have healthy habits, practice healthy habits too.”
