With world population exploding, and as cities become increasingly crowded, the importance of food security is a growing concern. The Agricultural Urbanism concept design by Greg Chung Whan Park, explores the future possibility of combining urban housing with large-scale agriculture.

The project focuses on creating a terraced farm where multiple families can grow food for personal consumption with a portion of the harvest available to sell to the larger community. Designed to follow the patterns of the sun, the vertical farm layout uses less urban land while providing large areas for food production.
