Their summer revolutionary menu includes Velvet Revolution Czech Republic, featuring lemon poppy seed, crumbled spice cookie and cinnamon zest, 8888 Uprising Burma, made with mango, lemongrass, palm sugar sorbet, shredded coconut and lime zest, Red Corridor India with chai masala, sliced almonds and candied fennel and Libertação Guinea Bissau with 72% chocolate, port wine, brûeléed frozen banana and cashews.
