An old china cabinet refurbished with scrap materials and filled with edible plants, is the focus of a new indoor greenhouse design by Dutch designer Marije van der Park.

The KasKast cabinet is made from a combination of scrap steel, reclaimed greenhouse glass and wood, and filled with edible plants contributed by local allotment gardeners. The final result is an indoor greenhouse that doubles as a piece of living furniture.
