
The first annual Going Green Film Festival gets underway on April 2nd at the Writers Guild Theatre in Beverly Hills and will offer a host of amazing green films to choose from.
Over three days, the festival will screen thirty groundbreaking green feature and documentary films, including Addicted to Plastic, Dive! Living Off America’s Waste, Bangladesh: Water World, Wave: The Legacy of Exxon Valdez, King Corn and My Toxic Baby.
“The public’s heightened awareness of, and interest in, environmental issues, extends across the board, from children in elementary school in the Midwest, to unit production managers here in Hollywood,” explained Patrice Williams, festival director.
The Going Green Film Festival gets underway April 2, 2010 and continues until April 4, 2010. Tickets to individual screenings are $7.50 (€5.57). Day passes are available for $35 (€25.97).
