A new documentary film from director Michael Webber explores the controversial practice in the USA of keeping exotic and dangerous animals as pets. Elephants, tigers, chimpanzees and alligators can all be found in the homes and backyards of suburban America, stuffed into small cages, makeshift trailers and even living in the house.
Here is a small blurb about the film:
Director Michael Webber follows the journey of two men at the heart of the issue. One, Tim Harrison, a man whose mission is to protect exotic animals and the public, and the other, Terry Brumfield, a big-hearted man who struggles to keep his two pet African lions that he loves like his own family.
