Re-Wine is a great idea to get further use out of your empty wine bottle and wine rack, designed by MINIWIZ, a Taiwanese design innovator dedicated to generating green-solutions to common design challenges.

MINIWIZ design philosophy is to incorporate the "Reduce, Reuse and Recycle" philosophy into actual everyday design. Their Re-Wine design uses interlocking joints and partially biodegradable materials, providing a stackable and reusable wine carrying case that can also transform into an energy-efficient LED desk lamp using your empty wine bottle as a stand.

The wine bottle case is made from rice farming by-products, and recycled post-consumer thermoplastics, combined to make POLLIBERâ„¢. According to MINIWIZ, reprocessed rice husks provide mechanical strength for the recycled polypropylene, providing architectural grade plastic that is both partly biodegradable and recyclable, and can be manufactured with low CO2 emissions.
